We'll meet with you to gather information about your project. We'll document the facts and acquire specifications, listening closely to understand the nuances of your individual needs, and asking important questions to guarantee project success.

After a thorough review of the information gathered, we'll provide you with a quote, outlining the scope of the project, providing both time and cost estimates. If specific plans and requirements are not acquired from you, the client, we'll work with you to establish the specifications, develop file data, select materials, and identify a timeline and determine cost that coincides with your specific needs and budget.
This detailed planning minimizes the chance for any surprises as development progresses, and guarantees your project will be right the first time. If for some reason the project is not correct, we'll replace the project to guarantee your satisfaction.
As in any business, once the plan is reviewed and specifications are determined, we will agree to terms and sign a contract. Once signed, we'll identify team members who will work on and manage your project, and begin the design process and/or begin production.
With a small experienced team in place, we provide personalized professional service, and good communication throughout the production process. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and will continue to work hard to ensure your project is a complete success.
Our experienced team of designers, technicians, and project managers will either take your existing designs and begin production, or create plans, specifications, and data files to be used with our state-of-the-art machinery. Our designers use the industry standard software (Camworks™ & Solidworks™), and hardware, to produce 2D/3D data files, that work in concert with our various CNC milling machines, Wire EDM machines and Vertical Milling Centers.
Our team will also utilize our various lathes, grinders, welders, saws, and additional finishing equipment, as well as incorporate any number of our in-house value added services, including our 55-ton hydraulic press, 1-ton & 3-ton arbor presses, electro arc tap buster, heat treating and black oxide finishing, to create a product that looks and performs great.
After completion of production, we'll inspect the product to ensure it meets the specified requirements outlined in the agreement. We'll properly finish, pack, and ship your project to your specified location, either in-state, across the nation and/or worldwide.
We'll identify the best and most cost effective shipping resource to get your project to you when you need it, and on-budget. if you need it fast, we'll identify and expedite the shipping process to get or keep you and your business up and running.
Lastly, upon project completion, we'll follow-up with you to determine your satisfaction, and discuss with you how MD Design & Automation performed.
Internally, we'll also discuss your project, to determine what went right, and discuss if there are any improvements that can be made to increase our productivity and quality going forward.
