The Tools We Use
We use a variety of equipment to design, prototype, and manufacture products to your specifications. We use the latest software and hardware to design, re-engineer and inspect high-quality fixtures, robotics, gauges, prototypes & more. In production, whether it's Computer Numeric Control (CNC), Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), Coordinate-Measuring Machine (CMM), lathes, mills or grinders, we have the machines to complete the job to your satisfaction.
Software
Our experienced designers use only the top-of-the-line software to plan and design innovative components for the many Fortune 500 companies across the U.S., as well as numerous top companies in Canada, South America, and Europe.
The design team creates both 2D and 3D solid models, and have the ability to create shapes that can be milled using 3 as well as 4-axis milling, and 5-axis trimming.
Machine
Our new machine shop, built in 2016, is fully equipped, handling short-run jobs both large and small. Our team of professionals can produce a wide variety of components, whether it requires CNC Milling, Wire EDM, Welding, Sawing, Grinding or Finishing. In addition, we offer clients a number of Value-Added Services, such as heat treating and Black Oxide coating to compliment our extensive line of services.
Inspection
Inspection is necessary to verify that a part’s dimensions conform to the tolerances required by the part’s design. We utilize hand-held gages such as calipers and micrometers, as well as create and utilize more simple gage blocks or plug gages. Our shop's inspection and measurement includes coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), the measurement machine tools able to execute programmed measurement routines.
