Our contract machining services focus on what we do best: producing precision screw machine parts using a range of technologies, including state-of-the-art CNC turning and CNC milling machines. For over 20 years, our customers have counted on us to produce high-quality parts from simple fasteners to complex mechanical assemblies for both prototype and production applications. We specialize in short runs and small lot sizes, and our typical runs range from 50 to 100,000 pieces. While all our work is manufactured to print, you can see samples of some of the parts we’ve produced in our portfolio.
Software, Machines, & Inspection
Our equipment includes CNC turning centers, CNC milling machines, and a number of screw machines, capable of handling multiple materials and bar stock sizes. We also have equipment dedicated to second operations and various finishing processes. What’s more, we have skilled and experienced machinists (some with more than 30 years in the business) who know how to use our equipment to produce your parts accurately, quickly, and cost effectively.
Our modern shop is capable to work with all materials except glass filled phenolic. We often run a variety of materials including carbon alloys, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, plastics, and many nonferrous materials. We can also consult with you to select the best material for your application. If you have a material related question, give us a call 1.262.338.1982 or use our online form!
It really varies for each project, and relies on the job complexity and/or the need for special tooling. The process, including information gathering, planning, quoting, design & manufacturing, and delivery, our average turnaround time is three to four weeks. 1.262.338.1982 if you have an immediate need.
Yes! Our team enjoys applying their production experience to new challenges. We can assist with designing your part, selecting the best raw materials, and choosing the most effective machining protocols and finishing steps. Keeping the part’s end-use in mind, we can often suggest a minor design tweak, or suggest a change in material or tolerance that can reduce your part’s cost without any reduction in quality or performance.
We’re fortunate to have a large group of loyal customers, several of whom provided testimonials that you can read here. If you’re looking for a specific type of reference, just let us know. Chances are, we have a customer who can answer your questions.
