Wire EDM
We use wire EDM in the manufacturing and designing process to cut through conductive materials, i.e., metal or copper, and get the desired shape for the component. At MD Design & Automation, our team uses high-quality CNC precision machining to fabricate the sensitive parts of the machines and ensure that it's in accord with the initial prototype design.
The wire EDM technology is also used for other materials like glass, plastic, or even ceramic. Our advanced EDM machine produces the same result as provided by the client in the original blueprint, moving in 4 and 5 axis to get the required shape.
