MD Design and Automation has always been a family business. Mike & Mary are the creators of this family enterprise and have long been the business's owner and operator. They started designing custom machines in early 1996.

What do We do?
MD Design and Automation is a full-service machine shop for clients all over the United States, Canada, South America, and across Europe. Our experience of over 100 years in the machine shop industry allows us to serve customers from a wide variety of industries including, industrial, transportation, and automotive. Our modern manufacturing facility houses state-of-the-art tools that provide our clients with machining capabilities not found anywhere else today. MD's manufacturing facility is targeted with an eye toward the future. MD has recently embarked on installing 3D scanning technology to allow the production of custom parts without traditional models.
