In the Wire EDM process, where an electrical current passes through a rod-shaped electrode against a piece of metal, Dialectical Fluid is used as the coolant fluid to rapidly remove heat from wires or tooling. The heat generated by the electrical current is transferred to the fluid, which then circulates through a cooling system. This method of transferring holes or \u201cvoids\u201d in features provides an extremely high-precision surface finish; without Dialectical Fluid, it would be very difficult to achieve this level of precision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
